Each scope of work requires a written, signed contract that is specific to the tasks outlined for the engagement. However, the following general terms and conditions apply in conjunction with all signed contracts.

Scope of Services

All services provided are established in a signed agreement prior to commencement. Any additional tasks or modifications to the agreed scope must receive written approval and may result in additional charges.

Confidentiality

Protecting the confidentiality of client information is a top priority. We agree not to disclose or share sensitive client data with third parties without written consent.

Payment Terms

Payments are required in accordance with the terms outlined in the service agreement. Late payments may lead to additional fees or a suspension of services until the account is brought current.

Cancellation Policy

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice as specified in the contract. Refunds or charges for unused services will be processed in line with the cancellation terms outlined in the agreement.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to ensure accuracy and efficiency, we are not responsible for errors, delays, or issues stemming from third-party suppliers, technical failures, or inaccurate information provided by the client.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for supplying accurate and timely information essential to the execution of services. Incomplete or incorrect information may affect project timelines and outcomes.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or service interruptions due to unforeseen events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, labor strikes, or government restrictions.

Ownership of Work

All deliverables remain the intellectual property of TaNisha Webb Virtual Concierge Services until full payment is received.

Communication and Availability

Regular communication will be maintained during our business hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm CST. Requests outside standard hours may incur additional fees, subject to prior agreement.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement will initially be addressed through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes may proceed to arbitration or legal action as detailed in the contract.

Non-Solicitation

Clients agree not to directly hire or solicit employees, contractors, or team members of TaNisha Webb Virtual Concierge Services for personal or business purposes during the agreement and for a period of 12 months following its termination.

Independent Contractor Relationship

The staff of TaNisha Webb Virtual Concierge Services operate as independent contractors and are not employees of the client. Independent contractors retain the right to set their own work schedule and location. Services are provided in partnership with the client under this independent contractor arrangement.

Amendments

These terms and conditions may be updated or amended as necessary. Clients will be informed of any changes with reasonable advance notice.
